Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • Custom case orders may require additional time depending on the design complexity and production volume.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (times may vary by destination and customs processing)

Please note: Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you don’t receive tracking information within a few days, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Weather-related delays

  • Customs or import issues (for international orders)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Wrong or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge an additional fee to reship it.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • Provide your order number, photos (if damaged), and a detailed description.

We will investigate and provide a resolution if the issue falls within our shipping coverage policy.
