At Simply Cased, we take pride in creating quality phone cases and providing a smooth shopping experience. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

No Refunds or Returns

  • All purchases are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect selection (e.g., wrong phone model or design)

    • Upload errors (for custom cases)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at casecrafted.info@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and, if eligible, offer a replacement (not a refund) at no extra cost.

Custom Upload Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for the images they upload for custom cases. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Blurry, low-quality, or poorly cropped uploads

  • Inappropriate or disallowed content

Please carefully review your design before placing the order.
